How We Work
We are called in to repair properties after fire, water damage,
hurricanes, hailstorms, ice, and other circumstances have caused
damage. Loss of property can be devastating. Typically, the
insurance adjustor, property owner, or homeowner is dealing
with an emergency situation. We get to the scene, perform an
analysis, make detailed itemized cost projections, and have
an estimate within 24 hours. In cases where there are long-term
needs, Hall Construction provides the staff to manage the project,
including posting a superintendent on the site, if necessary.
Emergency Response
In cases where immediate work needs to be done, we send in
a team to temporarily board up a property, extract water,
or perform total cleaning services. We are available 24 hours
a day, 7 days a week. We are equipped with mobile phones and
a radio network that allows us to stay in touch with our staff
at all times. We staff our office in times of disaster on
weekends and holidays.
Historic Buildings
Hall Construction has also assisted in the restoration of
historic properties. Due to the integrity of these treasured
buildings, we are often required to complete work under unusual
guidelines. For instance, we must consider carefully the materials
we use and how they are applied. The property owners and architects
who have experience with historic preservation assist us.
